These terms apply when you use dentalcarecenter.org, book a consultation through the website, or otherwise interact with Dental Care Centre digitally. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Who we are

Dental Care Centre is a multi-speciality dental clinic at Sector 78, Noida. The website is owned and operated by the clinic.

Use of the website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our services, read our blog, and book a consultation. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish content for commercial use without written permission
  • Attempt to disrupt the site's operation, probe for vulnerabilities, or test the booking system with fictitious data
  • Impersonate another person when booking a consultation or filling any form

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who violates these rules.

Bookings and appointments

Booking a consultation through the website is a request, not a guarantee. We confirm the appointment via WhatsApp or phone within two business hours during clinic working times. If the requested slot becomes unavailable in the brief window between your request and our confirmation, we'll offer the closest alternative.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide. We verify your phone number via a one-time WhatsApp code before saving the booking — this protects you from someone else booking an appointment in your name.

You can cancel or reschedule by replying on WhatsApp or calling the clinic. We don't currently charge cancellation fees, though this may change for high-cost treatments planned in advance.

Treatment and clinical decisions

The website is a starting point. All clinical decisions — diagnoses, treatment plans, costs, suitability of any procedure for you — are made in person by a qualified dentist after examining you. Information on the website is general; your case may differ. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website (e.g. "from ₹X") are starting prices for typical cases. Your final treatment plan may price differently depending on complexity, materials, number of sittings, and specialist involvement. We provide a written quote before treatment starts.

Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, images, photographs of treatments and clinics, logos — is owned by Dental Care Centre or used under licence. The blog content is authored by the clinic's doctors (some assisted by AI; clearly disclosed). You may share links to our pages on social media; please don't copy or republish full articles without permission.

User-submitted content

If you send us testimonials, before/after photos, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it on our website and in marketing materials. We won't use a patient's image or testimonial without their explicit consent.

Third-party services

The website integrates services from:

  • Vercel (hosting and CDN)
  • Microsoft Clarity (session replay, heatmaps)
  • Google Search Console (organic search analytics)
  • Instagram Graph API (to show our IG feed)
  • Google Maps (directions and embedded maps)
  • WhatsApp Cloud API (booking confirmations and OTP verification)

No warranty

We do our best to keep the website accurate, available, and up-to-date — but we provide it on an "as is" basis. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific information will be current at the moment you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dental Care Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our liability for direct damages, where applicable, is limited to the consultation fee paid for the relevant booking.

This clause does not limit liability for clinical negligence — that's governed by the laws and professional standards applicable to the dental practice itself, not these website terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance.
